Jotted down with John

Sunday morning. Early Sunday. Too early to discuss important stuff with teens. As important as their future for instance.

Some come with dark glasses, others have their baseball caps on so that they can snatch a short nap undercover. Actually nobody has made them come. This is not school. But what is it, actually?

John di Stefano,a man of rich international experience, based in Brussels at the moment, is goung to share with the teens life wisdom about the skills which will make them successful in their career. Hmm, isn't he the next guru, life-coach or start-up mentor who will briskly recite the "Your life is in your own hands" mantra. Give me a break. Not on Sunday morning.

How can you tell if the communication distance to the presenter is bridged? The first row of chairs is empty. there are two braver ones on the second, their arms crossed in a defensive way, the majority is situated towards the entrance with the option of an unnoticed exit. John asks a question, there are a few vague answers, a second question, silence ... Will he make it? My teacher's anxiety alarm starts ticking as I have again followed my heart and invited for a motivational speech a man with whom I have had a few brief exchanges of ideas.

When does John make it? On the fifth minute when he tells the teens that they just need to brainstorm on paper all their wishes, close their eyes, spit on their finger and just pinpoint at one. And then ACT!

That this is the dividing line between entrepreneurs and the rest of mankind who just grumble how complicated the world is and how many stumbles there are on the road to success. They act! Act  fast  and act today. If you want to  achieve something, start it now! You want to write for your blog. Why do you want to write? You need to answer the question why to be able to measure yourself.  Not against the others but against the former you. Have you answered the question why? To change the mentality of  people. Of which people? Don't think that all people will like your blog. Decide which people exactly you are writing to. And start now. But don't forget - learn! learn with each day how to become better. Learn by the good ones. But learn for yourself.

You want to help kids with problems? Why do you want to help them? Because I want people to be happy. And why do you want that? Because I see so many reasons for happiness in this world and want to show them to people. But why do you want to show them? Because I do not feel well when there are sad people around me. Right. We  found it. have you heard about that company that organizes city tours for blind people? But how can they show them sights when they re blind? they don't show them. But they help them feel, sense, hear, taste, touch. They take them to the chocolate factories, they bring then to city squares to  experience the hustle, they guide them to trace the contour of sculptures. But most importantly - they make it absolutely safe for them to navigate through the city. And they have to be really good with it. because there is no room for compromise here.

Right, John, but are you rich? Why are you doing things for free? many things. Look I am not a person who can stay in a business for long. I developit and then I leave it to someone else to manage. I am just this sort of guy. Like taking up new things. Aaah, we are the same. But my mom has always told me this is bad. No, it is not bad at all.  The important thing to know is how to make money on it.
For example, in one of my businesses I noticed that tourist on Spanish beaches leve their valuables on the towel and all the time swim beachward keeping an eye on these.  So, I decided to make small portative safe boxes on the sand, ask some boys to  guard  them and put them on many beaches. And I made money on this. Good money.

Hmmm, smart.  I want to teach mathematics in an easy to  understand way to kids. Good -  check this site.  I want to  be an event manager. Cool, let's have an event together in Brussels.. Mehmed wants to be a mechanic. Why haven't you asked a car repair to  assist them yet?

Now there is no empty first row. No dark glasses.  To baseball caps. All teens are upon John.

This is  how  things work on early Sunday mornings in Varna, Bulgaria. But they work only when there is John and Dolphins.
